A Guide to Troubleshooting Both the 1128 and 1166 Readers
Go to this website to troubleshoot any issues with TSL handheld readers. Scroll down the page and input a valid email and the reader model, either the 1128 Bluetooth® UHF RFID Reader or the 1166 Rugged Bluetooth® UHF RFID Reader. Follow the remaining steps in the troubleshooting guide.
The serial number for the TSL 1128 reader is 1128-US-xxxxxx. The last 6 digits are found printed on the reader's top.
The serial number for the 1166 reader is found on the base of the handle. 1166-xxxxxx
