Option 1: Knowledge Base

  1. To access the Knowledge Base click the question mark icon located in the top left of the website

  2. From the Knowledge Base search your issue for helpful articles

Option 2: Chat with Support Bot

1. From either the website or Knowledge Base click the Chat icon in the bottom right side of the screen

2. This will open the chat window 

3. Choose one of the default options or click "Other"

4. The Bot may request more information to ensure the ticket is routed correctly

5. If you are submitted a Ticket enter a brief description of the issue and a ticket will be created.

Option 3: Create a ticket through the Portal

  1. From the Knowledge Base, click the "Go to Customer Portal" link as shown here:

  2. This will bring you to the Customer Portal. From here, click the "Create Ticket" link:

  3. Now fill out all relevant information regarding your issue and press submit.

Option 4: Reach out to support directly
