The following article outlines the steps to follow to return a broken printer for repairs.

Zebra Printer Returns/Repairs Process
From the Zebra repair portal, fill out an RMA repair request.
- Login with an existing account, or create a new account here: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/request-repair/online-rma-na1.html
- Once logged in, click on the "Repair Order" heading, then "New Repair Order."
- Fill out the form for the printer and click the 'Submit' button when finished.
- Once Zebra has verified the issue, an email will be sent notifying you of the results.
The repair status can be tracked from the repair portal by clicking on the Repair Status link. Additionally, once submitted, you will receive an email from Zebra with your RMA number to track.
